We both met at our prestigious high school, Baltimore City College in 1990. Over the next 3 years, we developed a friendship that carried into sports. Little did we both know, we had a secret admiration for each other that we never spoke on..we had a "brotherly/sisterly" friendship. After Amahl graduated, we didnt see/hear/speak to each other and we both developed our seperate families and relationships. Fast forward 16 years to April 2009 and a modern website named Facebook, and voila!!- we were reunited through social media. (Who needs eharmony and match.com..lol) Upon getting reacquainted, we discovered that we both were going through rough times in our current situations. It is around this time that we confessed our high school feelings for each other and from this, we developed a renewed friendship which has since blossomed into romance. Now almost 4 years later, we will embark upon our lives together as a married couple. Though time has kept us apart, fate brought us together again..this time, we shall endure it together...

July 13, 2013 is the day we say "I do" to each other and blend our lives and families together. It has not always been an easy journey and we have definitely had our share of trials and tribulations, but we have overcome any and all obstacles together, and yet, here we stand united and stronger than ever. We have our share of wonderful stories, trips and adventures as well. We both keep each other smiling, laughing and happy- what more could we ask for? We both are excited and joyous about our big day as it is our first official wedding..we cant wait to share this day with family, friends and well wishers as we embark upon our new life together!!!

We cannot say thank you enough to everyone who has had a part in our wedding, directly or indirectly, whether it was to say congratulations,to give us well wishes or kind words. To those who have personally had a hand in helping, we would like to extend our sincere appreciation for donating your time to our wedding. To our family, your continued love and support gives us renewed confidence in our lives. To our friends and coworkers, your support, advice and love is most appreciated and will not be forgotten. We appreciate all of the acts of kindness bestowed upon us, and we are blessed to have you all in our lives!!
