Jessica and Rocco's love story starts about three years ago ... when (yes) Jessica made the first move! They are happy to say they are an online dating success story! Rocco and Jessica met on eharmony.com, after Jessica sent the first message. After about a month of exchanging messages, texts and phone calls, they decided to meet for the first time. Their first date was at Southwicks Zoo, in Mendon, MA, where they spent almost three hours walking around and getting to know about each other. Rocco would like to add that that was probably the last time Jessica planned a date. Rocco is always the jokester, but it's one of the things Jessica loves most about him ... really it is.

Over the next two years, Rocco and Jessica spent a lot of time getting to know each other and falling in love. They discovered that they both love to cook, watch sporting events, kayak, travel, and trying new restaurants.  Rocco and Jessica also taught each other to like new things. Rocco taught Jessica an appreciation for his favorite sport, Nascar and took her to her first race in September 2019. She even has a favorite driver now. When it was her turn, Jessica taught Rocco an appreciation for theater and musicals. They have been to see musicals on Broadway twice and can't wait to go see more. Rocco loves to tell anyone who will listen that he is now a thespian. Jessica promises to teach him what that actually means.

In March 2019, Rocco introduced Jessica to the best part of his life; his daughter Lucia. From the minute they met, they became instant friends and have been ever since. In August 2019, Jessica accepted a job in Springfield MA and she, Rocco and Lucia moved into their new family home in Belchertown, MA.

A little over a year later, on August 28, 2020, Rocco and Jessica went on a camping trip to celebrate their second anniversary. Little did Jessica know that Rocco had other plans for this trip. On Saturday morning, August 29, 2020, Rocco asked Jessica to marry him as the first thing they did that morning because as he will tell anyone, "Morning Jess is my favorite Jess." Jessica's response was "You're doing this right now?" Then of course Jessica said yes. 

And now as they begin their lives together, celebrating with their families and friends, they can't believe how time has flown by. They can't wait to see everyone and celebrate at Oakholm Farm Estate, in October 2021.
