You are invited to please arrive in Miami on Thursday August 8th, at your earliest convenience to avoid any flight delays.

Booking flights will be your responsibility, in order to accomodate those with different airline preferences. Please send all travel itineraries to LReilly416@gmail.com as you receive them.

Be prepared for the ceremony PRIOR to boarding the ship. Please ensure that you have a seperate carry-on with all of your essentials ready to go. Personal Luggage will be handled by Royal Caribbean staff members, and taken directly to your room post-ceremony.

HOTEL: 

We have reserved a group of rooms at a discounted rate of $109/night +tax. To take advantage of this discounted rate and ensure availability of rooms upon arrival, we ask that you please call 1-800-327-3005 for reservations no later than July 9th, 2013. They are only asking for a credit card number for the room and not a deposit at this time. The rooms will be under the Quinn/Reilly wedding, or group code PJ4. If you have any questions ask for Anna Gonzales, the groups coordinator for the hotel.

$109/night + tax - This discounted group rate will be honored for the 3 days leading up to our wedding, for any guests who are arriving to Miami early.

Check in is 4:00 PM: Rooms may not be available for early arrival, however all efforts will be made to accommodate those who arrive early. Check out time is 12 noon.
