Alicia graduated from Georgia State University in 2015 with a B.A in Asian Studies and Applied Linguistics. After many years as a Geek Squad Technician, she landed her dream job working for a software development company, MailChimp, where she is currently employed as a Customer Support Technician. She loves video games, manga, sleeping, and most of all her dog, Kahlua. 

Michael graduated from Georgia State University in 2011 with an A.S in Computer Science. He is currently employed as a Geek Squad Manager as Best Buy in Alpharetta, and has held multiple positions all over Atlanta including Assistant Store Manager of Operations and Sales Manager. He is a true geek at heart and in his free time enjoys role-playing games, anime, science fiction, and electronic music festivals.
