Sean popped the question during the 2017 eclipse! We were in Tellico Plains, Tennessee where there was totality (total darkness) and he asked if I had seen the diamond in the sky. During the eclipse there is a moment where the sun looks like a diamond ring above the shadow...when he asked I ofcourse said yes, but he soon said "No!" this one. He was on one knee holding a ring and I was completely shocked! It was the best moment ever. I cannot wait to share this life with him!
