FAQs
Who do I book through?
We have a travel consultant - Kim Szutarski, who is managing our group booking with Expedia Cruises. Kim does not work off of commissions FYI. Please find her contact information in the blog post 'Kim's Contact' for her direct contact information. Please let her know that you are booking with the Mitchell Adams group booking.
When do I need to book by?
The sooner the better. Staterooms and pricing are based off availability. The sooner you book, the better the price and the greater the options on location of stateroom (obviously). We would recommend at least 90 days before departure. But again, to ensure you get booked in, please do so at your earliest convenience. Again, it is only $530 CAD to put a deposit down regardless of the stateroom you decide.
How do payment plans work? When is the final payment due?
After you make your reservation and deposit payment, your payment plan can be set up with Kim. You are able to break the payment up into a minimum of 3 and maximum of 10 payments. The dates of the payments are flexible, but the full payment is due by the final payment date (with our cruise that date is May 13, 2025). It will be processed through the credit card that you provide to Kim. There are no extra fees involved. The dates are flexible, so if you want it set to a specific date that’s easily done. Plus if you do need to change a date or an amount there is also that flexibility.
Are you getting married during the cruise?
Yes, however, not legally. The legal marriage will take place locally in Edmonton. We will have a spiritual ceremony and we'll exchange vows either on the ship during the cruising day (August 15, 2025) or at one of our ports. More details regarding our elopement to follow.
