What is the deadline to RSVP?
The RSVP deadline has closed early as we’ve received all responses and submitted the final count to our vendors. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any guest count changes at this time.
Am I allowed to bring my children or a plus one?
As RSVPs are now closed and the final guest count has been confirmed, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests. With limited space, we kindly ask that children stay home with a sitter or family member so everyone can fully enjoy the evening.
Where will the ceremony and reception be held?
The ceremony and reception will be held at the Maryland National Golf Club, 8836 Hollow Rd, Middletown, MD 21769
Will there be parking available at the venue?
Yes! There will be plenty of free parking available.
What time is the wedding ceremony?
The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive between 3:15 PM and 3:30 PM to ensure a smooth start. If you arrive after the ceremony has begun, please remain in your car until it concludes to avoid any disruptions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
What time is the reception?
The reception will begin at 5:30 PM and end at 9:00 PM.
Is the ceremony and reception outdoors or indoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors at the Maryland National Golf Club, weather permitting. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we will move the ceremony indoors. The reception will be held indoors. Since the wedding is in November and Maryland weather can be unpredictable, please check the forecast before the outdoor ceremony.
What is the dress code for the event?
The dress code is formal. We invite guests to dress stylishly yet comfortably for the occasion. Please refrain from wearing jeans, and ladies are kindly asked to avoid white or ivory. The bridesmaids will be dressed in orange, while the groomsmen will be in navy blue.
Will there be an open bar at the reception?
Yes, there will be an open bar at the reception. Enjoy a selection of beverages throughout the event!
Is transportation provided between the hotel and the venue?
To make getting to and from our wedding venue easier, we're providing Uber vouchers with up to $50 in ride credit for our guests. You can enter the code RXEKCYFRHZM in the Uber app before requesting your ride, or use the link provided to automatically apply the voucher (found under the "Travel" tab on our wedding website). The voucher will be valid from 3:00 PM on November 1 until 2:00 AM on November 2. We recommend setting it up ahead of time so it’s ready when you need it—just our little way of saying thank you for celebrating with us!
Will there be an after party?
Yes, after the reception, we’ll head to Belle's Sports Bar and Grill at 1202 E Patrick St, Frederick, MD 21701
Feel free to use the Uber voucher code to get to the after party and for your ride back to the hotel afterward!
How do I book a hotel room?
The hotel block for the wedding has ended, so discounted rooms are no longer available through the link. You are still welcome to book directly with the hotel at the standard rate. If you call 301-631-2000 to make a reservation, be sure to mention the “Raber Nichols Wedding”—they may be able to assist with availability or offer any possible discounts.
Complimentary breakfast is included with your hotel reservation.
How can I contribute to the wedding registry?
We’re excited to share that we’ve set up a honeymoon fund as part of our registry! You can contribute in three ways:
1. Send us money via a payment app (like Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or CashApp) to help us create unforgettable memories on our honeymoon. The links to these payment options can be found under the "Registry" tab on our wedding website.
2. Pay for specific items or experiences directly on our cruise ship through the registry link or by calling 800-801-3493. You can select from a list of activities, excursions, or upgrades that we’ll enjoy during our trip.
3. Bring a cash gift to the wedding! A cash box will be available at the reception for those who prefer to give a physical contribution.
