A Note From Us

We want to take a moment to tell all of you how blessed we are to have you in our lives. Because you are all so important to us and we wanted to include you in everything, we thought it was a wonderful idea to have a wedding website to share the fun and excitement of our wedding and the events surrounding it. Proposal

We had talked about "when we're married" but we had never talked about actually getting married. So it was a complete surprise when he DID propose. We were away on a little "getaway" to Santa Cruz, hiking in the redwoods. We stopped for a picnic near this giant tree that had a beautiful view of the ocean. The fog was just clearing. As he unloaded the picnic goodies from his backpack, the ring box fell out and landed right at my feet! It was quite how he had planned it but it was still very sweet and romantic. He immediately dropped to his knee, picked up the box and asked me to marry him!
