Please take a moment to review all of the information on our wedding website, especially the details regarding cruise reservations, RSVP requirements, boarding and travel. Whether you are sailing with us or joining us only for the wedding ceremony, there is important information you will need before the big day.

Booking Your Cruise

For those joining us on the cruise, Please mention our group information when making your reservation via phone to receive applicable group booking rate. : GROUP NUMBER: 1875155, GROUP NAME: Zientek Wedding, PHONE NUMBER: (1-800)-465-3595 Option 5, GROUP BOOKING DEADLINE: October 25, 2026. We would absolutely love for you to join us for not only our wedding day, but the entire celebration at sea!

RSVP REQUIRED

If you plan to attend our wedding, an RSVP is REQUIRED, whether you are sailing with us or attending the wedding ceremony only. Because our ceremony will take place aboard the ship, Royal Caribbean must have the names of all wedding guest in advance. Guest who are not included on the approved guest list will not be permitted on board. Please RSVP through our website no later than February 1, 2027. The sooner you can RSVP, the better! When RSVPing, please make sure to indicate whether you will be sailing or non-sailing in the comment space.

Non Sailing Guest

You do not have to sail on the cruise to attend our wedding ceremony! Non-sailing guest will be given priority boarding between 10:00 and 11:00 AM. Please allow plenty of time for parking, security and boarding. The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 12:00 PM, followed by our reception. Non-sailing guest will be required to leave the ship at approximately 1:30 PM following the reception. A valid government issued photo ID is required to board the ship.

Wedding Day

Please arrive with plenty of time to park, go through security, and complete the boarding process. Priority boarding for guest will begin at 10am-11am. Our ceremony will begin promptly at noon, and we don't want you to miss a moment! Guest that are not sailing will be asked to leave at 1:30pm once the reception is completed.

CELEBRATION

For everyone sailing with us, the celebration doesn't end after the reception! We can't wait to spend the next 8 nights celebrating our marriage, making memories, enjoying the Caribbean, and having an unforgettable vacation with some of our favorite people. Thank you for being part of such a special time in our lives. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
