Like most couples today, we met online.

Billions of strangers on the internet and I (Nicole) just happened to stumble across Brian's instagram account. 

I thought he was cute so I gave him a follow- he returned the favor.

In October of 2016 I took a nap and dreamt that I met Brian and his friend Jesse in a park,

after I woke up from that dream I had the urge to message Brian.

From there, we started talking everyday & after 2 months of being strictly pen pals we decided to meet in person.

We said "I love you" the first time we met in person- I didn't admit it back then but I was in love with Brian before we ever met in person, I believe that feeling was mutual.

We took trips back and forth every 3 months for a year because for that first year of our relationship we lived 1000 miles away- literally.

Long distance was never even that difficult for us because our communication thrived and we were able to truly appreciate the days that we were able to be together in person.

In September of 2017 we got our first place together & by June of 2018 we were engaged.

Brian is my absolute best friend, probably because we are both really weird, love animals and we are both definitely home bodies!

I look forward to this next chapter in our lives, wouldn't want to do life with anyone else by my side.
