Jodi and I first met when I decided to follow my passion of working with animals. She was one of the top veterinarians in a very busy animal hospital. After a few years of getting my feet wet Jodi asked if I would be her veterinary technician and she demanded the very best of me. We are still trying to figure out how long it's been that we have known each other but we estimate about 15 years. 

Sally Harris and I met at least 6 years ago while I was out at Christmas on Las Olas Event. I had just picked up my new baby Mimi the Papillon a few months earlier and she was attracting a lot of attention. Then enters sally.........a lady comes screaming towards Mimi and I, "a papillon, a papillon!"  She was so excited and grabbed her from me and exclaimed I've never seen a baby papillon before. We've been great friends ever since. She is the Jacqueline Kennedy of style and etiquette. 

Hannah is 11 years old and was born with a rare caffeine gene which give her enviable energy. She loves anything science and swims like a fish and can be frequently seen in the first lanes of many swim meets.  On Christian and my second date we ended up meeting my sister kellie and her husband mark and daughter Hannah in Naples. After Hannah met Christian she asked me if I was going to marry him!  What a smart intuitive girl she is. 

Christian: This might be a bit unorthodox, but I've picked two guys to be my best men: Michael my Dad, and Claude Dussaud, friend since High School. Haylee kinda likes this dual best man thing as it's just more people reminding me to get my act together and make it to the ship ceremony on time. But the reason I've selected two is more profound...one makes me look wiser and the other makes me look taller. Silliness aside, these two men have helped me through the challenges of life, and the odds are pretty good that one of them will catch me if I faint during my vows.  

These are the young men entrusted to shepherd us all into place!
