So the big day is right around the corner and I just received the final wedding plans from Royal Caribbean. All guests must arrive at the Cape Liberty cruise port by 10:00am on August 13, 2015. The wedding date happens to be the birthday of the Father of the Bride so be sure to wish my daddy a happy birthday! Check in will begin at 10:30 and the wedding coordinator will meet everyone at the general boarding area for priority check in. Look for signs for the Privott-Pierre wedding. Royal Romance is not liable if guests arrive late to ceremony site. Ceremony will start at specified time. After the ship is cleared by US Customs for boarding they will allow all guests into the ship. Please bring your apporved ID as they will need to hold your ID for collateral during the ceremony. All guests under the age of 18 need to bring a birth certificate. All IDs will be returned as you exit the ship. The pre ceremony will inculde coffee and danish set up and a non-alcoholic welcome beverage for each guest. The reception will be from 12:30-1:30 shortly after the ceremony. Reception will include an Hors D'oeuvres buffet with bar service. Your presence at our wedding is a gift in itself however if you are looking to purchase a gift we can only accept gifts from our registry or monetary gifts as we will be leaving for our honeymoon immediately after the wedding. We are so pleased that you will be joining us for this very special event.

So the wedding party has chosen it's hotel and we will be staying at the Hotel Executive Suites Newark-Carteret New Jersey. Brunel, my maid of honor, and I went up to check out the hotel. It has very nice spacious and clean rooms. The hotel has an 8+ rating on booking.com. I booked my hotel on priceline.com but you could also contact the hotel directly. Rooms range from 90-120 a night.

As most of you may know this wedding is a long time coming. We are so excited to share this special union of our two families with all of you! We meet at the Becker College computer lab in 2005 and began dating on Jan. 26th 2006. Now after having two beautiful children we are ready to take the most important step in our relationships and become Mr. and Mrs. Pierre!
