Cruise Booking:

To book your cruise, please call the Group Line: 1-800-465-3595, 9am-8pm EST Monday-Friday. Our Group Number is: 1066884 "The Miller Wedding". You will need to place a $500 deposit when booking, which is applied to your overall total.

We have rooms reserved on Deck 12 for interior and balcony style rooms. Please know you can book any type of room you want, and you do not have to be on Deck 12 if you do not want to. By booking in the group rate, it will allow for an additional $25 onboard credit to be added. With every room booked, Harry and Jess receive a 'conductor credit' for being the group leaders (woohoo). They have chosen to share this credit with everyone coming on the trip, so you can expect $150-$200 off your room, depending on how many and the types of rooms booked. More on this as the final guest counts are confirmed in the next few months.

You must have your room fully paid for by October 1st, so please make sure you are booking promptly! Please also remember to RSVP on this website or when you receive the formal invitation.

The total $$ amount quoted when you book will included the Taxes and Fees, however, it does not include the gratuities that will be applied each day and due at the end of the cruise. You can choose to apply any onboard credit to those or you can pay via Credit Card. These are $17.50 per day, per person. You can choose to increase or decrease, just see the customer service desk when you get on the boat.

Hotel in Orlando

Harry and Jess have reserved 10 rooms at the Hampton Inn and Suites Orlando Airport @ Gateway Village.

5460 Gateway Village Circle, Orlando FL 32812

Rate: $122+tax (if all 10 rooms are booked) otherwise it jumps to $169/$179+tax depending if you book a King or Double Queen room. Both of these rates are cheaper than other hotels and near the cruise port, from researching. You do not have to stay here but we suggest its the best rate.

Your room will include complimentary shuttle from airport to hotel and within a 3 mile radius of hotel, free breakfast, free wifi, fitness center and outdoor pool.

To book, please use this link (must copy and paste link into browser): https://secure3.hilton.com/en_ US/hp/reservation/book.htm? inputModule=HOTEL&ctyhocn= MCOGWHX&spec_plan=CHHHOW& arrival=20181229&departure= 20181230&cid=OM,WW,HILTONLINK, EN,DirectLink&fromId= HILTONLINKDIRECT

LAST DAY TO BOOK HOTEL IS DECEMBER 10TH AT MIDNIGHT!

Shuttle to Cruise Port:

Harry and Jessica will be providing transportation to the Cruise port from the Hampton Inn and Suites. Please let Harry and Jessica know if you will be utilizing this, so there are enough seats accounted for. Everyone planning on taking this transportation will need to meet at the Hampton Inn and Suties NO LATER THAN 930AM on Dec 30th! Shuttle will leave by 10AM to make sure we are at the cruise port with plenty of time. Harry and Jessica will be paying for this, however, you are welcome to contribute to the tip of the driver(s).

Booking Flights:

If you are flying, you will want to fly into Marco Polo Airport, Orlando FL (MCO). It is the closest airport to the Cruise Port. Recommend flying in on Saturday December 29th. Because of the holiday weather and season, make sure you try and route your flights away from the North to avoid any weather delays where possible. The ship will not wait for you, so do not fly in on Sunday December 30th if at all possible.

When booking return flights back home, please be sure to account for the fact the boat will NOT be in port until 6AM on January 6th. You also cannot get off the boat until sometime after 7am, then have an hour-ish drive back to MCO. To be safe, do not book a flight anytime before 12:30pm, to allow enough time to get back to the airport and through security. After you book your cruise, you are able to put in your online reservation page (where you put in your passport number, book excursions/drink packages, etc) your departure information. This will determine which group you are assigned to deboard with. You will have to go through customs when you get off the ship which can take 10-30mins depending on the line. Just be mindful of your time.
