 | I had been thinking of the best way to propose to Nichole for quite some time. I made sure to get the blessing of her father, Miles Frilot, prior to the actual event. We booked a cruise for my 30th birthday which included a stop at Nichole's favorite island, St. Thomas. Our shore excursion was at her favorite place on the island, Magens Bay. I thought what better opportunity would I have than this one right here! So I wrote a little poem, was gifted a temporary ring by Nikki Moran as the actual ring is being designed by Nichole and is still in the works, and we headed off on our vacation. I had come up with an idea of how I would propose, but Nichole did not want to get out of the water at Megans Bay lol. So instead, I went and got the poem and read it to her in the water, then ask her to marry me as I presented her with the ring! It is funny how things don't always go as planned, but can still be perfect when the moment comes!!! |
